Miniature worlds are something which I have engaged with throughout my early days and find them engaging, enticing, exciting, and alluring even today. Miniaturisation allows one to comprehend the expansive world around us and understand the larger complexities. Worlds created by the assemblage of tiny objects may not only add the possibility of escape, fantasy & alternative worlds but may also provide valuable reflections of current times. My travel journeys have been extensive and expansive. This project is an attempt to capture the memories and hold them together in a set of miniature books creating a newer assemblage.

Itinerant Itineraries is an assemblage of six itineraries compiling my solo journeys. This set of six volumes opens up six worlds explored by the itinerant, in her first visit to the United States of America and Europe. The text narrates her personal experiences during her travels while stringing together a set of photographs (clicked by her) which look closely at each project through an eye for detail. What will this work be for any individual? It will take up a very close, intimate corner on your study table/ shelf which will call for a careful engagement and close reading.
